Listed by mistake? Here's how to clear it.

No automated system is perfect, and sometimes a legitimate sender ends up flagged. If that's your domain, you can clear it yourself in a few minutes — no support ticket, no waiting on a human (unless your domain already has a history of complaints, in which case a real person double-checks before approving).

1. Start a claim for your domain on the domain owners page.
2. Add a small DNS text record we give you — this proves you actually control the domain.
3. Come back and click verify. Once we see the record, clean domains are cleared instantly.

Once cleared, any active case against your domain is closed immediately, and it's exempt from future automated escalation.
